This role will focus on generating awareness, advocacy, and new business leads for BMJ Group’s digital health solutions, including our clinical decision support tool, BMJ Best Practice. You will play a pivotal role, working with healthcare leaders to understand their needs and determine if our digital health solutions are a good fit. Activities include networking, speaking engagements, and building rapport with senior decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare market.

Responsibilities
Outreach: Identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential buyers within target healthcare systems. Use channels like LinkedIn and industry events to engage with professional networks.
Network: Cultivate and maintain a strong rapport with contacts to help convert leads into sales opportunities. Meet with clients, attend conferences, and speak at industry events.
Educate: Using your clinical expertise, effectively communicate value propositions to key influencers and prospective customers. Develop a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications within the healthcare setting. Conduct demos with confidence and support evaluations.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives. Conduct research with product teams as required.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
At least 5 years of recent clinical practice within a hospital setting. Experience within acute internal medicine or emergency medicine is preferable
Familiarity with the use of technology in the clinical workflow and EBM resources
Experience engaging senior healthcare leaders and clinical networks
Strong leadership, influencing skills, communication, and networking skills
Strong organizational skills - the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize a busy workload across multiple time zones
Passion and interest in the digital health market and AI
Experience working in a commercial environment
