Job Purpose
BMJ Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to support the marketing of its growing Digital Health portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, the role will contribute to the global marketing strategy for a range of solutions, including our clinical decision support tool, BMJ Best Practice.
Working closely with product, technology and UX teams, the successful candidate will help shape the development and launch of new product features, ensuring they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and organisations worldwide. They will develop a strong understanding of users, decision makers, and purchasers, and create clear, compelling messaging for each audience.
The role will also support colleagues across sales and marketing by providing product insights, competitor intelligence and market analysis to ensure our solutions are effectively positioned in the market.
The successful candidate will work with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, key opinion leaders and senior healthcare professionals. They will be confident communicators, able to influence others and translate complex product information into clear marketing messages.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused, data driven and collaborative, with experience in health technology, healthcare, or a related environment.

Skills and Experience:
B2B marketing in health tech, or a related healthcare environment.
Experience of implementing product marketing strategies
Understanding of audience segmentation, persona creation and value proposition development
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Experience managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
